摘要
男幼师进入学前教育不仅是幼儿成长的需要,也是幼儿家长和幼儿园的需要,本文针对男幼师稀缺的现实分析其内部和外部原因,针对性提出四点建议,以吸收更多的男教师进入幼师队伍,合理优化幼教队伍结构。
The entry of pre-school education by male teachers is not only the need for the growth of young children, but also the needs of parents and kindergartens. This paper analyzes the internal and external reasons for the scarcity of male teachers, and proposes four suggestions to absorb more male teachers and rationally optimizes the structure of the team of kindergarten teachers.
