西南边疆民族地区意识形态安全机制的构建——基于“一带一路”的视角

The Construction of Ideological Security Mechanism in Border Ethnic Areas of China Southwest from the Perspective of "One Belt and One Road"

在"一带一路"背景下,西南边疆民族地区的发展和稳定是事关中国国家形象和意识形态安全的重大问题。"一带一路"战略构想在提升中国国家形象促进地区意识形态安全的同时,也给地区意识形态带来新的冲击和挑战。为此,可以从四个方面尝试构建和完善西南边疆民族地区的意识形态安全机制:形象建设保障机制,以国家形象促进意识形态安全;地区民生保障机制,夯实意识形态安全的民心根基;宣传教育引导机制,增进马克思主义意识形态认同;法治约束防范机制,推进意识形态安全制度化建设。

The development and stability of southwestern border ethnic areas is a major issue related to China’s national image and ideological security under the background of "One Belt and One Road". The concept of "One Belt and One Road", enhancing national image and promoting regional ideological security, has also brought new impacts and challenges onto regional ideology. Therefore, the proposal(或者this paper) aims at constructing ideological security mechanism in southwestern border ethnic areas from four aspects: guarantee mechanism of image construction for enhancing ideological security;guarantee mechanism of regional livelihood for consolidating public foundation of ideological security;guiding mechanism of propaganda and education for uplifting recognition and identification of Marxism ideology;legal restraint and precaution mechanism for Promoting institutionalization of ideological security.
