易地扶贫搬迁是2020年全面建成小康社会的重要途径和保障。搬迁过程不是人口的简单移动,而是对移民原有生产模式、社会结构、思想文化的解构,如何让移民快速适应城镇化的生产、生活、文化,不仅涉及移民自身的生活,而且深刻影响易地扶贫搬迁的实施及效果。文章从生计方式、文化心理、身份认同三个方面探讨如何增强移民的适应能力,巩固、完善易地扶贫搬迁的成果,维护民族地区的和谐与稳定。

The immigration of poverty alleviation is an important way and guarantee for the comprehensive construction of a well-off society in 2020. The relocation process is not a simple movement of the population, but a deconstruction of the original production mode, social structure, and ideological culture of the immigrants. How to make the immigrants quickly adapt to production, life, and culture of the urbanization, not only involves the life of the immigrants themselves, but also profoundly affects the implementation and effect of the immigration of poverty alleviation. The article explores how to enhance the adaptability of immigrants from three aspects: livelihood, cultural psychology and identity, consolidates and improves the results of the immigration of poverty alleviation, and maintains harmony and stability in ethnic areas.
