Development, Exploration, and Enlightenment of Guizhou's Featured Handicraft Industry of Women in the New Era: A Case Study of the Jinxiu Plan

锦绣计划作为新时代贵州民族手工产业传承和发展的重要平台,在脱贫攻坚、提升妇女素质、解决留守老人留守儿童问题等诸多方面做出探索,通过政策扶持、品牌树造、产品品质提升、文化传承转化、交流宣传等措施,促进了妇女创业就业、居家增收、脱贫致富,为我们带来了有益的经验和启示。

As an important platform for the inheritance and development of Guizhou’s ethnic handicraft industry in the new era, the Jinxiu Plan probes into the poverty alleviation, improvement of women’s quality, and the problem of left-behind children and the elderly in rural areas. Through policy support, brand building, product quality improvement, cultural inheritance and transformation, and publicity, the Jinxiu Plan has promoted women’s employment, increased their household income, and lifted them out of poverty, which has provided helpful experience and inspiration.
