摘要
以衣康酸酐和缩水甘油为原料,制备自交联的不饱和树脂聚酯,加入羟乙基甲基丙烯酸磷酸酯得到具有阻燃性能的材料,通过红外光谱测试,表明自交联不饱和聚酯树脂结构中存在着酯键和不饱和的碳碳双键,相邻的不饱和的碳碳双键均处在缺电子状态,羟基进攻缺电子的双键从而自交联。通过自熄测试和热重分析得制出的树脂的阻燃性,结果表明随着阻燃剂的增加,耐高温能力逐渐增强,阻燃性有所提高。
The preparation of the self-crosslinking unsaturated polyester resin take Itaconic anhydride and glycidol as raw materials. And add hydroxyethyl methyl acrylic acid phosphate ester to get a material of retardant property. The infrared test shows that the structure of the self-crosslinking unsaturated polyester resin exists ester bond and unsaturated carbon-carbon double bond.The adjacent unsaturated carbon-carbon double bonds are in lack of electronic states and hydroxy attacks electron-deficient double bond to achieve the self-crosslinking. The self-extinguishing test and thermogravimetric analysis indicate that both the fire retardancy and high temperature resistance capability increase with the increasing quality of fire retardant.
