无梭织机废布边的“无用设计”研究

“Useless use” design of waste fabric edges of shuttleless looms

秉承"无用设计"理念,对纺织厂无梭织机废边纱进行回收再设计:将废边纱作为纬纱,织造成不同肌理效果的织物,开发仿地毯风格的垫类产品;将废边纱作为填充物,开发垫类产品;对废边纱进行染色、剪切、粘贴,设计成艺术装饰画、壁挂等艺术品。试验表明:借助"无用设计"理念,"无用的废边"完全可以成为实用或艺用产品,变废为宝,实现废物利用的目的,减少资源的浪费。

Adhere to"Useless Use" design ideas, the textile waste selvage can be recycled and redesigned: the waste selvage is used as a weft to weave textiles with different textures, which can be used to imitate carpet style cushion products. The waste selvage also can be used as filling materials to develop cushion products. Wall hanging and other works of art crafts are made of the waste selvages through dyeing,cutting, pasting or other ways. Experiment shows that by using the "useless design concept", the useless waste selvage could be completely turned into practical or artistic product which could also turn wastes into treasures. Thus it could achieve the purpose of waste utilization, and reduce waste of resources.
