摘要 夏布在纺织、产品包装和空间装饰等领域都有着重要的用途,然而夏布的脱胶问题长期困扰着产业的发展。针对该问题,结合机械自动化生产的技术要求,采用夏布平直喂入、高温高压碱水冲洗、挤压辊挤压及平直输出等连续化工序加工技术,研制了XBTJ-1型夏布脱胶机,并对整体设计方案和主要工作部件如水理机构、水循环系统、传动系统等进行了设计,确定了其关键参数。使用样机进行了夏布脱胶试验和检测。试验结果表明:输送速度为0.24 m/s、碱质量浓度为12 g/L、温度为100℃、喷嘴的压强为1.2 MPa时,夏布的含胶量为10.4%~12.2%。研究结果可为夏布脱胶生产规模化、标准化发展提供技术支撑。 Grass cloth plays an important role in weaving, product packaging and space decoration and other fields. Degumming of Grass cloth has been plagued the development of the industry for a long time. Combined with the technical requirements of mechanical automation production, the XBTJ-1 type grass cloth degumming equipment is developed by using the continuous processing principle of straight feeding in grass cloth, high temperature and high pressure alkaline water spraying, and adopting squeeze roll extruding and flat output. The overall design scheme and the main working parts such as water management mechanism, water circulation system, transmission system are designed, and the key parameters are determined. Degumming experiment of prototype grass cloth is carried out and the degumming effect is tested. The experiment shows that when the transmission speed is 0.24 m/s, alkali content is 12 g/L, the temperature is 100℃ and the nozzle pressure is 1.2 Mpa, the gel content of the treated grass cloth is 10.4%~12.2%, The research results can provide technical support for the scale and standardization development of the grass cloth degumming industry.
