摘要 所谓“儒商”,不是“儒”与“商”的简单叠加,不是用儒家思想“指导”经商,也不是商人机械地按照儒家思想规范职业行为,而是有其特定的指代。经过长期的积淀,其精神内涵已约定俗成,形成了大致稳定的群体特征。“儒商”是“儒”和“商”在儒家的事功思想和德行思想的双重影响下,以及中国传统社会商人的主体意识和社会担当的共同作用下的有机结合,有其特定的内在逻辑和确定性。对“儒商”一词的运用,应在准确把握其内在逻辑的基础上,有着更为明确和稳定的指向。 “Confucian businessmen” is not a simple combination of “Confucianism” and “commerce”. They neither use Confucianism to “guide” their business, nor do businessmen mechanically regulate their professional behavior in accordance with Confucianism, so this concept has the specific meanings. After a long-term accumulation in Chinese history, the spiritual connotation of “Confucian businessmen” has become a common practice, forming a relatively stable group characteristics. Confucian businessmen are formed under the dual influence of Confucian thought of merit and virtue, and under the joint action of Chinese traditional businessmen' subjective consciousness and social responsibility.So “Confucianbusinessmen” has its own specific internal logic and certainty. When we use the word “Confucian businessman”, we should have a clearer and more stable connotation on the basis of an accurate understanding of its internal logic.
