摘要肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)常见于青少年和儿童,肺炎支原体(MP)是急性呼吸系统感染性疾病中较为常见的病原体。据统计,在所有社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的病原中,肺炎支原体占10%-40%。临床上将难治性支原体肺炎(RMPP)定义为予以大环内酯类抗生素抗感染治疗5-7 d后,患者仍有持续性发热的表现,并且患者的肺部体征以及影像学表现呈进行性加重。
