摘要
二星蝽属(Eysarcoris)族级分类地位向来存在争议.文章对二星蝽属及其12个近缘属的小盾片形状进行定量比较.聚类分析(Cluster Analysis)中所有被试物种聚合为三个大枝,分别由舌盾族、蝽族和二星蝽族的代表物种组成.主成分分析(PCA)和典型变量分析(CVA)揭示相似的结果.基于普氏距离和马氏距离的形状差异统计检验分析显示,三个组之间小盾片形状存在显著差异(P<0.01).基于上述结果,我们同意将二星蝽属划归于二星蝽族.
Geometric morphometric approach was employed to evaluate the scutellum shape variation of Eysarcoris and its related genera to ascertain the tribe status of the genus Eysarcoris. Cluster analysis based on UPGMA showed that all species used in this study were clustered in to three groups.PCA analysis and CVA analysis showed similar results.The thin plate spline analysis showed a border and shorter scutellum of GroupIII which is clearly different from that of GroupI and GroupII.Permutation tests for Mahalanobis distances and Procrustes distances showed significant shape divergence among the three groups(P<0.001).Based on this study,Eysarcoris shouldn't belong to Graphosomini or Pentatomini.
