摘要
通过使用激光熔覆技术,在12Cr1MoV合金钢表面制备了耐磨涂层,该涂层具有原位生成TiC/NbC颗粒作为复合增强相。文章对不同钛铌比的涂层进行了组织、硬度和环块磨损试验。结果显示,钛铌比为1∶1时的涂层具有较好的耐磨性。
Wear resistant coating is fabricated on 12Cr1MoV steel surface by laser cladding, which has in-situ TiC/NbC particles as composite reinforced phase. This paper takes up the tests for structure, hardness and ring-onblock wear of coatings in different Ti/Nb. The results show thar, when the Ti/Nb is 1∶1, the coating has good wear resistance.
