摘要
文章介绍了铰接式转向架的独特优势,并针对城轨车辆的小半径要求和使用条件,利用建模软件UG平台设计出一种全新的铰接装置结构,利用ANSYS有限元软件平台,参考UIC 615-1标准,进行强度校核。该铰接装置为小半径曲线车辆提供一种铰接方式,对铰接式转向架的研究与分析很有实际意义。
This paper presents the advantages of articulated bogie. Focuses on the small radius curve passing ability and the running condition of mass transit vehicle, a new articulated device structure is designed using the modeling software of UG platform. The strength checking is carried out with the software of ANSYS platform refer to the UIC 615-1 standard. The articulated device provides a kind of articulation form for the small radius curve vehicle. It is of great practical significance for the research and analysis of the articulated bogie.
