摘要
文章针对机车车体底架焊接的现状,提出自动焊解决方案的设计,以新HXD1型机车车体底架焊接为例,进行了自动焊的实际运用验证,并详细阐述了焊接系统所采用的新技术。
Aiming at the current situation of underframe welding of locomotive car body, the design of the automatic welding solution is put forward. Taking the underframe welding of the new HXD1 locomotive car body as an example, the practical application of automatic welding is verified, and the new technology used in the welding system is expounded in detail.
