摘要
安全文化建设是提升安全管理层次的有效手段,其实质是以人为本,它是通过培育一个监督约束与自主管理相结合的控制机制,从初级阶段营造一个“要我安全”,到形成“我要安全”的氛围,使员工真正做到远离违章,按章办事,从而使安全生产工作步入良性循环的轨道,推动安全工作稳步发展。本文着重阐述了安全文化的由来、内涵、功能;建设安全文化的结构、必要性、重要性,以及建设安全文化应正确处理的几个关系。希望能借此抛砖引玉,以便更好地做好安全生产工作,确保安全生产可控在控,长治久安。
the construction of safety culture is an effective means to enhance the level of safety management.Its essence is people-oriented.It is to create a “want me safb” from the primary stage by cultivating a control mechanism that combines supervision and restriction with independent management.To form the “I want safety” atmosphere,so that employees really do away from violations,according to regulations,so that safety work into a virtuous cycle of the track,promote the steady development of safety work.This paper focuses on the origin,connotation and function of the safety culture,the structure,necessity and importance of the construction of the safety culture,as well as several relations that should be dealt with correctly in the construction of the safety culture.I hope I can use it.In order to do a better job of safety production,to ensure that production safety control,long-term stability.
