摘要
基于风电场实际通信及风机基础设施情况,本文设计了一种以风机塔筒底部的光纤环网为传输平台,利用开源软件Elastix作为PBX的风电机组IP电话对讲系统。该系统采用标准的TCP/IP通信协议,利用语音对讲终端将语音信号转化为可以在光纤网络传输的标准IP包,成功解决了风电场不同机组及主控室的通信问题,为风电场人员通信提供了有力的保障。
Based on the actual communication of wind farm and the infrastructure of wind turbine,this paper designs an IP telephone intercom system for wind turbine using open source software Elastix as PBX and the optical fiber ring network at the bottom of wind turbine tower as the transmission platform.This system adopts the standard TCP/IP communication protocol,and uses the voice intercom terminal to convert the voice signal into a standard IP packet that can be transmitted on the optical fiber network,successfully solving the communication problem between different wind turbines and the main control room of the wind farm,and provides a strong guarantee for the communication of wind farm personnel.
