能量回馈电路在三电平电路中的应用探讨

摘要 在大功率场合,一般的吸收电路都是通过电阻消耗能量的,因此能量回馈电路在三电平电路中的应用也是值得研究的。本文对三种典型的能量可吸收电路的工作原理和能量回馈效果进行了分析比较,并通过仿真得出无源无损的缓冲吸收回路最适合在高压大容量三电平的变流器中使用。 Snubber circuit consume energy through the resistance in high-power,therefore the application of the energy feedback circuit in three level circuit is worth working.This paper analysis and compares three type of snubber circuits' working principle,it is concluded that snubber circuit is suitable for high voltage and large capacity three level converters.
