外剥内扎精确对合皮瓣术治疗混合痔50例疗效观察

Observation on the Effect of External Dissection & Internal Ligation and Precise Alignment Flap in the Treatment of 50 Patients with Mixed Hemorrhoids

为观察外剥内扎精确对合皮瓣术治疗混合痔的疗效,将100例混合痔患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用传统外剥内扎术治疗,观察组采用外剥内扎精确对合皮瓣术治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效、手术时间、术后并发症发生率、术后疼痛评分及术后恢复情况。结果显示,2组患者在临床疗效和手术时间方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05),观察组术后12h、24h、48h的疼痛评分均低于对照组(P <0.05),观察组术后创面愈合时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,外剥内扎精确对合皮瓣术治疗混合痔,可在保证手术效果、不增加手术创伤的情况下,尽可能减少患者术后并发症,减轻疼痛,有利于加快其术后恢复。

To observe the effect of external dissection & internal ligation and precise alignment flap in the Treatment of mixed hemorrhoids( MH), 100 patients with MH were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 patients in each group. The control group received the traditional external dissection&internal ligation;and the observation group received external dissection internal ligation and precise alignment flap,then the clinical effect operative time,postoperative complications rate,postoperative pain score and postoperative recovery were compared in the two groups. As results, there was no statistical difference in clinical effect and operative time between the two groups ( P〉0.05),postoperative complications rate of the observation group was lower than that of control group ( P <0.05),the postoperative pain score of observation group was lower than that of the control group at 12 h,24 h and 48 h after surgery ( P<0. 05),the postoperative wound healing time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than that of control group ( P<0.05). The results show that external dissection & internal ligation and precise alignment flap can reduce the complications and pain after surgery as much as possible on the premise of guaranteeing operation effect without increasing the surgical trauma, which is helpful to accelerate the postoperative recovery.
