RPH联合改良肛裂扩创术治疗环状混合痔合并肛裂疗效观察

Observation on the Effect of RPH & Modified Anal Fissure Incision Epluchage for Treating Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids Combined with Anal Fissure

为观察自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)联合改良肛裂扩创术治疗环状混合痔合并肛裂的疗效,将环状混合痔合并肛裂患者100例随机分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组患者采用RPH联合肛裂切除术治疗,试验组患者采用RPH联合改良肛裂扩创术治疗,比较2组患者的总有效率、术后肛门疼痛评分及创面愈合时间。结果显示,试验组总有效率为88.00%,对照组总有效率为74.00%,2组比较有显著性差异(P <0.05);试验组术后第1天、第3天疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P <0.05);试验组术后创面愈合平均时间为(17.11±2.03)d,对照组为(21.52±2.49)d,2组比较有显著性差异(P <0.05)。结果表明,采用RPH联合改良肛裂扩创术治疗环状混合痔合并肛裂患者能够在一定程度上减轻患者的疼痛、缩短创面愈合时间、提高临床治愈率,值得推广应用。

To observe the effect of RPH & Modified anal fissure epluchage for treating circumferential mixed hemorrhoid combined with anal fissure, 100 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoid combined with anal fissure were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 50 patients in each group, the control group received RPH combined with anal fissure resection, and the experimental group,patients received RPH & Modified anal fissure epluchage,then the total effective rate,postoperative anal pain score and wound healing time were compared in the two groups. As results,in the total effective rate and postoperative average wound healing time there was significantly statistical difference between experimental group and control group [88.00% vs 74.00%,(17.11± 2.03 ) d vs(21.52± 2.49) d. all,( P < 0.05)]. The postoperative anal pain score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group on the first and third day after surgery ( P <0.05). The results show that to some extent, RPH & Modified anal fissure epluchage for treating circumferential mixed hemorrhoids combined with anal fissure can relieve patients pain,shorten wound healing time,improve clinical cure rate,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
