三黄洗剂坐浴配合辨证施护在肛周脓肿术后的效果分析

Efficacy Analysis on Sanhuang Lotion for Sitz Bath Combined with Implementing Nursing According to Symptoms after Surgery for Perianal Abscess

为观察肛周脓肿术后患者应用三黄洗剂坐浴联合辨证施护的治疗效果,将肛周脓肿术后患者94例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。对照组患者采用常规护理联合1∶5 000PP液熏洗治疗,观察组患者采用三黄洗剂坐浴联合辨证施护治疗,比较2组患者术后创面渗液评分、术后疼痛评分及肛门功能评分。结果显示,观察组患者术后5d、10d、15d创面渗液评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者术后1周、1个月疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者术后1周、1个月肛门功能评分显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,肛周脓肿术后应用三黄洗剂坐浴配合辨证施护治疗,可有效地减少术后创面渗液,减轻患者疼痛,促使肛门功能快速恢复。

This study was to observe the efficacy of Sanhuang Lotion(a TCM formula,shortly named as lotion) for sitz bath plus implementing nursing according to symptoms after surgery for perianal abscess (PA).randomly divided 94 PA patients into control group (47 cases,routine nursing plus 1 : 5 000PP solution for fuming-wash sitz bath) and observation group (47 cases, lotion plus nursing according to symptoms).then compared the score on postoperative wound exudation.pain and anal function between the two groups. As results,at 5,10 ,and 15 days after surgery in the score on wound exudation;at 1 week. 1 month after surgery in the score on pain;and at 1 week, 1 month after surgery in anal function score observation group was respectively and significantly lower, lower and superior than control group(all, P <0.05).Results show that lotion for sitz bath plus implementing nursing according to symptoms can effectively reduce postoperative wound exudation,relieve patients pain,promote anal function to recovery faster.
