早期关怀住院模式在结直肠癌手术患者护理中的效果观察

Efficacy Observation of the Nursing in Early Care-Hospitalization Pattern on the Patients Undergoing Colorectal Carcinoma Surgery

为观察早期关怀住院模式在结直肠癌手术患者临床护理中的应用效果,将70例结直肠癌手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予早期关怀住院模式,比较2组患者心理痛苦程度和生活质量。结果显示,护理前2组患者的心理痛苦温度计量表(DT)评分和生活质量评分均无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后2组患者DT评分和生活质量评分均优于护理前,但与对照组患者比较,观察组患者的DT评分更低,其生活质量评分更高(P <0.05)。结果表明,早期关怀住院模式在结直肠癌手术患者护理中的应用效果较好,可有效地减轻患者痛苦,提高其生活质量。

This study was to observe the application efficacy of the clinical nursing in "early care-hospitalization pattern" on the patients undergoing colorectal carcinoma surgery, randomly divided 170 cases into control group (35 cases, routine nursing) and observation group (35 cases. routine combined with above " pattern"), then compared patients mental distress degree and quality of life. As results. before nursing both groups score on mental distress temperature measure scale (DT) and on quality of life had no statistical difference between the two groups( P〉0.05);after nursing above two scores were all superior to before, even in observation group ( DT score) was more lower, the score more higher(all, P<O.O5).Results show that above-mentioned "pattern" nursing has better efficacy on the colorectal carcinoma patients undergoing surgery,can effectively reduce patients pain,enhance their quality of life.
