新中国成立后,为建设一支强大的现代化、正规化革命军队,毛泽东等党和军队领导人,通过加强军队组织文化建设、科学文化教育、英雄文化培塑、纪律文化熏陶,强化党对军队的绝对领导,促进部队战斗力不断提升,有效实现了我军由低级阶段向高级阶段转变。

Since the founding of the New China,Mao Zedong along with other leaders of the Party and the army,in order to build a modernized and standardized revolutionary army,has strengthened the absolute leadership of the Party over the military,constantly boosted combat abilities and transferred military capability effectively from lower to higher level by way of strengthening the cultivation of organizational culture,offering scientific and cultural education,and creating an atmosphere in which people worship heroes and obey disciplines.
