第二次世界大战结束后,全世界都在议论第三次世界大战的问题。毛泽东指出,第三次世界大战的危险虽然存在,但前途光明是世界发展的总趋势,深刻揭示美国叫嚣的"第三次世界大战必然爆发"只是美国为掩盖自身面临的矛盾所施放的烟幕弹,阐明"美苏必战"是战争喧嚣,中国的内战也不会引发美苏战争和新的世界大战,从而为中国共产党在战后制定正确的战略策略提供了科学的战略指导。

After the World War Ⅱ,the whole world was talking about the third world war. Mao Zedong pointed out that the danger of the third world war exists,but the future of the world shows a generally bright trend,which profoundly reveals that the United States’ clamor of the inevitable outbreak of the third world war is nothing but a smokescreen of the United States to cover up its contradictions. This paper expounds that there will be no war between the United States and the Soviet Union,and that the civil war in China will not lead to the war between the United States and the Soviet Union and a new world war. This has provided scientific and strategic guidelines for the Communist Party of China to make correctly strategic decisions after the World War Ⅱ.
