摘要
随着科学技术的不断进步,企业发展模式的不断优化,越来越多的企业利益相关者对企业社会责任提出了更高的要求,以单个企业组织为主体进行的社会责任研究已经难以解决一些企业面临的现实问题。从行业生态系统的视角对企业社会责任重新进行审视,可以发现影响企业履责效率的三点因素:中庸思想、信息失衡和道德失范。为此,可以从动力驱动、沟通互动和约束激励三方面提升企业履责效率,为实现企业间社会责任的良性互动提供保障。
With the development of science and technology as well as the optimization of enterprise development mode, more and more corporate stakeholders have put forward higher demands on social responsibility. It is gradually difficult to solve the practical problems faced by some enterprises through the research on social responsibility with the single business organization as the main body now. This paper, by combing the literature, reexamines the corporate social responsibility from the perspective of industry ecosystem, and compares it with that of traditional research. On this basis, the paper analyzes the three factors that affect the efficiency of corporate accountability, and puts forward a mechanism to promote the efficiency of improving the efficiency of duty performance pointedly, which provides a guarantee for the realization of benign interaction of corporate social responsibility.
