三拗片配合头孢呋辛钠治疗高龄肺气肿患者疗效及对气道阻力指标和血PMN、IL-17的影响

Efficacy of San'ao Tablets Combined with Cefuroxime Sodium in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Emphysema and Its Effects on Airway Resistance Esand Blood PMN and IL-17

目的探讨三拗片配合头孢呋辛钠治疗高龄肺气肿患者疗效及对气道阻力指标和血PMN、IL-17的影响。方法研究纳入124例高龄肺气肿患者,随机数表法分为观察组(n=62)与对照组(n=62)。对照组患者仅给予头孢呋辛钠治疗,观察组患者则在其基础上予以三拗片进行治疗。比较治疗前及治疗2周后,两组患者气道阻力指标[总气道阻力(R5)、中心气道阻力(R20)]、外周血多形核白细胞(PMN)、血清白细胞介素-17(IL-17)变化,比较两组治疗效果及药物不良反应发生率差异。结果治疗2周后,观察组R5、R20、PMN、IL-17水平改善程度均大于对照组(P均<0.05),治疗有效率则明显高于对照组(P<0.05),组间药物不良反应差异无显著性(P均>0.05)。结论三拗片配合头孢呋辛钠可有效降低高龄肺气肿患者气道阻力指标及血PMN、IL-17水平,有利于其预后恢复。

Objective To explore the efficacy of San’ao tablets combined with cefuroxime sodium in the treatment of elderly patients with emphysema and its effects on airway resistance indexes and blood PMN and IL-17.Methods A total of 124 elderly patients with emphysema were enrolled and divided into observation group(n=62)and control group(n=62)according to the random number table method.Control group was given cefuroxime sodium alone,and observation group was given San’ao tablets on this basis.The airway resistance indexes[total airway resistance(R5),central airway resistance(R20)],peripheral blood polymorphonuclear leukocyte(PMN)and serum interleukin-17(IL-17)were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment.The treatment effects and incidence rate of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the improvements of R5,R20,PMN and IL-17 levels in observation group were higher than those in control group(all P<0.05),and the effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in the adverse reactions between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion San’ao tablets combined with cefuroxime sodium can effectively reduce the airway resistance indexes and blood PMN and IL-17 levels in elderly patients with emphysema,and it is conducive to the prognosis and recovery.
