依托微信平台开展主观幸福感干预及效果评价 被引量:2

Intervention and Effect Evaluation on the Feeling of Happiness Based on the WeChat Platform

摘要 目的了解重庆市万州区某高校大学生主观幸福感现状,基于微信平台进行主观幸福感干预及效果评价,为开展新媒体健康教育工作提供参考。方法采用青少年主观幸福感量表,通过分层整群抽样方法对万州区某高校623名大学生进行问卷调查。对623名大学生在微信群及公众号平台上推送自制干预材料,干预前、后使用问卷星电子问卷调查。结果干预前主观幸福感总评分及各维度得分均低于干预后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论某高校大学生主观幸福感水平不佳,基于微信平台进行干预效果较好,开展新媒体心理健康教育工作值得推广。 Objective To understand the present status of the feeling of happiness among college students in Wanzhou District,Chongqing City,to do intervention and effect evaluation of happiness based on the WeChat platform,so as to provide references for psychological health education based on new media. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 623 college students from a college in Wanzhou District,and stratified cluster random sampling method was used. Self-designed intervention materials were pushed to 623 college students through WeChat group and We Chat Official Account platform, and electronic questionnaire was used before and after intervention.Results The total score of happiness and all dimensions before intervention were lower than that after intervention, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion The feeling of happiness of college students in a certain university was not good. The intervention based on the WeChat platform was effective, it was worth to promoting psychological health and education based on the new media.
