基于甘肃兰州机场高速应用的NovaChip混合料性能研究

摘要 本文以甘肃省兰州市机场高速段改造工程为研究对象,介绍了NovaChip混合料的集料、胶结料、粘层油等技术指标要求,研究了NovaChip技术中原材料的性能要求以及配合比设计方法,并通过对专用的Novabond改性乳化沥青的粘结性能研究得到,其粘结强度明显优于其他四种沥青,在温度超过40℃时最低,路面容易破坏;Novachip沥青混合料空隙率在12%时剪切强度较高,多次冻融循环之后,其剪切强度随着空隙率的增大而降低,且受孔隙率影响较大。 This paper takes Lanzhou Airport High Speed Section Renovation Project in Gansu Province as the research object,introduces the technical index requirements of NovaChip mixture such as aggregate, binder and sticky oil, studies the performance requirements of raw materials and mix design method in NovaChip technology, and obtains that the bond strength of Novabond modified emulsified asphalt is obviously superior to the other four through the research on the bond performance of special NovaChip modified emulsified asphalt. When the temperature is over 40 C, the asphalt mixture has the lowest shear strength, and the pavement is easy to be damaged. When the void ratio of Novachip asphalt mixture is 12%, the shear strength of Novachip asphalt mixture is higher. After repeated freeze-thaw cycles, the shear strength decreases with the increase of void ratio, and is greatly affected by the void ratio.
