摘要
综合分析了国内外关于铝合金疲劳性能方面的研究成果,介绍了疲劳破坏过程及其机制,详细描述了影响铝合金构件疲劳性能的内因及其影响规律,影响铝合金构件疲劳性能的内因主要包括冶金缺陷、第二相粒子、晶界、晶粒尺寸和晶粒取向等,同时介绍了有利于提高铝合金自身疲劳性能的固溶和时效工艺改进方向。
Through comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign research on aluminum alloy fatigue, the fatigue failure process and mechanism are introduced and the main internal factors affecting the aluminum alloy component fatigue performance and the influence law are described in detail. The internal factors mainly include metallurgy defects, the second-phase particles, grain boundary, grain size and grain orientation, etc. The improvement direction of the solid solution and aging process has been introduced at the same time which is helpful to improve the fatigue performance of aluminum alloy itself.
