摘要
采用不同的浇注温度对汽车用Mg-8Al-1. 5Mn-0. 3Ce含锰高强镁合金进行了铸造试验,观察了铸造试样的显微组织,测试了其力学性能。结果表明:随浇注温度从630℃提高至730℃,试样的显微组织改善和力学性能均先提高后下降。与630℃相比,采用690℃浇注试样的平均晶粒尺寸减小40%,抗拉强度和屈服强度分别增大18%和22%,伸长率减小12%。Mg-8Al-1. 5Mn-0. 3Ce合金铸件的浇注温度优选为690℃。
The casting test of Mg-8Al-1.5Mn-0. 3Ce high-strength manganese-containing magnesium alloy was carried out with different pouring temperatures. The microstructure was analyzed and the mechanical properties were tested for casting samples. The results show that with the pouring temperature increasing from 630℃ to 730℃,the microstructure and mechanical properties of the samples increase first and then decrease. Compared with the sample cast at 630℃,the average grain size of the sample obtained by casting at 690℃ decreases by 40%, the tensile strength and yield strength increase by 18% and 22%, respectively ,and the post-fracture elongation decreases by 12%. The pouring temperature of Mg-8Al-1.5Mn-0.3Ce alloy is preferably at 690℃.
