摘要
基于有限元法对盘式制动器进行预应力模态分析,采用协调分片四面体划分方式对制动盘三维模型进行网格划分,分析了有限元模型的初始条件、边界条件和载荷施加。通过设置制动件之间不同制动液压力,分析了制动盘预应力状态下,制动盘结构的固有频率及相应的模态结构形状变化情况。比较了不同制动液压力对制动盘模态结构形状的影响。分析结果为制动盘防止共振、为承受变载荷条件下制动盘的设计和制动工况的选择以及制动盘破坏的预防等工作提供了可靠依据。
Based on finite element method, prestressed modal analysis of disc brakes is carried out. The Terahedrons method is used to mesh the three-dimensional model of the brake disc. The initial conditions, boundary conditions and load application of the finite element model are analyzed. Different brake fluid pressures between the pieces are used to analyze the natural frequency of the brake disc structure and the corresponding modal structure shape change under the prestress state of the brake disc. The influences of different brake fluid pressures on the shape of the brake disc's modal structure are compared. The analysis results provide a reliable basis for the prevention of resonance of the brake disc and the design of the brake disc under the condition of variable load, the selection of the brake condition and the prevention of brake disc damage.
