发动机排气阶次噪声控制研究

Research on Engine Exhaust Order Noise Control

排气噪声是发动机及整车的主要噪声源,其声品质对整车NVH性能有重要影响。阶次噪声是影响排气声品质及特点的重要因素。根据管道声学理论,以某4缸发动机为研究对象,通过优化排气歧管设计,调制排气主阶、半阶噪声,使其更富有动力感品质。

The exhaust noise is the main noise source of engine and vehicle. The exhaust noise quality has an important influence on vehicle NVH. Research results show that order noise is the important influence factor on the exhaust noise quality. Based on the theory of pipeline acoustics, a 4-cylinder engine is taken as the research object in the paper. By the optimizing design of exhaust manifold, adjusting exhaust main and half order noise, the exhaust noise is made more sporty.
