摘要
合理地确定城市公交客车二级维护周期,有助于提高车辆运营效率,保障车辆技术状况,节约生产运营成本。在多目标规划理论基础上,引入启发式算法,结合试验论证和数据分析,提出了一套二级维护周期优化方案。选取影响二级维护周期的若干约束变量,基于多目标规划理论,制定二级维护周期;通过维护周期里程间隔对比试验,对二级维护周期进行再优化;对比二级维护周期优化前后的车辆技术状况和经济指标,进行可行性分析;根据可行性分析结果,视情况返回第1步进行再优化。以西安市混合动力公交客车为例,二级维护周期优化后,车辆的使用可靠性得到了有效提高。此方案同样适用于其他道路运输车辆的维护周期优化。
Reasonable determination of the secondary maintenance cycle of urban public transport bus is helpful to improve vehicle operation efficiency, ensure vehicle technical status and save production and operation costs. Based on the theory of multi-objective programming, a heuristic algorithm is introduced, and a two -level maintenance cycle optimization method is proposed by combining the experimental demonstration and data analysis. Namely based on the theory of multi -objective programming, several constrained variables affecting the secondary maintenance cycle are selected to formulate the secondary maintenance cycle;the secondary maintenance cycle is re-optimized by comparing the mileage interval of the maintenance cycle;and the feasibility analysis is made by comparing technical and economic indicators before and after the optimization of the secondary maintenance cycle. According to the results of feasibility analysis, the first step should be re optimized according to the feasibility analysis results. Taking Xi'an hybrid urban public transport bus as an example, the reliability of the vehicle has been effectively improved after the optimization of the secondary maintenance cycle. This research method is also applicable to the maintenance cycle optimization of other road transport vehicles.
