摘要 针对矿用永磁直驱电机运行特点,以1000kW 65r/min 1140V大型矿用永磁直驱电机为例,在空载、额定工况下,对电机齿槽转矩、气隙磁密、反电势和负载转矩等主要性能进行电磁仿真计算,介绍电机结构特点;并进行铁损分析。 Based on the operation characteristics of mine permanent-magnet direct-driven motor,taking a 1000 kW,65 r/min and 1140 V large-sized permanent-magnet direct-driven motor as an example,the main performances parameters of the motor under no-load and rated working conditions such as gear groove torque,air-gap magnetic density,back EMF and load torque are calculated by electromagnetic simulation method.The structural characteristics of the motor are introduced,and the iron loss analysis of motor is carried out.
