网络环境下医生社会形象的重塑与提升

“白衣天使”是医生崇高形象的文化表达,但是在网络环境下,“白衣天使”的社会形象却被污名化为“白衣狼”,医生的职业道德伦理正在经历一次巨大的考验。医生社会形象的逆转与互联网环境下的医患报道的虚拟性、情绪化、高参与性等特征密切相关。在网络环境下,只有从加强相关法律建设、讲述有温度的医患故事、加强医德建设等方面入手,才能重塑并提升医生的社会形象,化解医患关系的危机,构建和谐的医患关系。

"Angels in white"is a cultural expression of the noble image of doctors.However,"angels in white"has been stigmatized as"wolves in white"under the network circumstances.Doctor′s professional ethics is experiencing a huge test.The reversal of doctor′s social image is closely related to the virtual,emotional and highly participatory features of doctor′s report under the internet environment.Under the network environment,only by strengthening the construction of relevant laws,telling warm doctor-patient stories and strengthening the construction of medical ethics,can we rebuild and enhance the social image of doctors,resolve the crisis of doctor-patient relationship and build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
