陕西省人口健康空间格局及影响因素研究——基于107个县的空间计量分析

Study on the Spatial Pattern of Population Health and Influencing Factors in Shaanxi Province: Based on Spatial Econometrics Analysis of 107 Counties

基于2000—2015年全国人口普查和陕西省区域统计年鉴数据,通过空间计量分析方法,对陕西省107个县的人口健康状况进行分析。研究发现:陕西省县级人口健康状况在空间上有较强的正相关性,陕南地区为高死亡率集聚区,且由东部向西部偏移,低死亡率集聚由中部向北部偏移;人口健康状况存在“中心-外围”特征;不同区域的经济、社会、教育因素影响显著,陕北和关中借助优势资源发展,提高收入和城镇化水平,改善健康状况,但陕南地区尚未形成特色发展模式,对健康的促进作用有限。建议加强县级卫生服务能力建设,保障乡村振兴战略的人力健康资本提升。

Based on the data of the national population censuses and the Shaanxi Regional Statistical Yearbook ,from 2000 to 2015,the health status of population is explored through 107 counties of Shaanxi Province by using spatial econometric analysis.The results show that the population health status of county-level population in Shaanxi Province has a strong correlation in space,and the southern part of Shaanxi is a high mortality group,which is offsetting from the east to the west,and the low mortality group is offseting from the center to the north.The population health status has the characteristics of "central-periphery" and the economic,social and educational factors in different regions have a significant impact on health status.Northern and Central Shaanxi have developed with superior resources to improve the income and health level.However,the southern Shaanxi region has not formed a characteristic development model and has a limited role in promoting health.It is recommended to strengthen the capacity building of county-level health services and ensure the improvement of human health capital in the rural revitalization strategy.
