In order to ensure the absolute safety and reliable operation of the product during use,a company has conducted extensive research and selection work,and has successively developed two types of metallurgical wire rope electric hoists with a hoisting weight≤10t,a hoisting height≤20m and a working level of M6.The paper focuses on the design concepts of these two types of metallurgical electric hoists and expounds their advantages and disadvantages.The research results can serve as references to the design of wire rope electric hoist.
