摘要 针对集装箱起重机的吊具本身自重量较大,起升机构电动机功率25%左右是用来起升集装箱吊具本身重量所消耗的功率的缺陷,研发了一种集装箱起重机的节能起升机构。通过详细阐述了该机构的结构、作用原理及扭卷弹簧的设计计算,旨在节能减耗,研究所得结果为集装箱起重机节能起升机构的相关设计人员提供参考。 In view of the defects that the lifting mechanism of the container crane has a large self-weight and about 25%of the motor power of the lifting mechanism is the power consumed for lifting the weight of the container lifting appliance itself,the author developed an energy-saving lifting mechanism for the container crane.The structure,working principle and design calculation of torsion spring of this mechanism are elaborated in detail,aiming at energy saving and consumption reduction.The research results can provide reference for relevant designers of energy-saving lifting mechanism of container crane.
