分析了国家在特种设备安全监察职能转变及推进特种设备检验检测机构整合改革等方面的举措及当前进展,结合我院目前管理现状,引入SWOT分析方法,对当前环境下我院质检中心的优势、劣势、机会、威胁等方面进行阐述,归纳总结出应对管理策略。

This paper analyzes the national measures and current progress in the transformation of special equipment safety supervision functions and the promotion of the integration and reform of special equipment inspection and testing institutions.Combined with the current management situation in the institution,SWOT analysis method is introduced to elaborate the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats and other aspects of the quality inspection center of the institution under the current circumstances,and summarizes the corresponding management strategies.
