基层公务人员印象、民生满意度与反腐败绩效公众感知——基于浙江省的实证分析

The Impression of Street Bureaucracy,the Satisfaction of People’s Livelihood and the Public Perception of Anti-corruption Performance:Empirical Analysis Based on Zhejiang Province

反腐败绩效公众感知在很大程度上会影响到公众对反腐败工作的公众参与度和政府信任,也会影响到反腐败的全面胜利。浙江省的实证数据表明,公众的反腐败绩效感知受到其在日常生活中所形成的对基层公务人员的印象及其民生服务满意度的影响。基层公务人员印象、民生满意度对公众反腐败绩效感知均呈现正向影响关系,相比较而言,基层公务人员印象的这种正向影响更为明显。同时,基层公务人员印象和民生满意度对反腐败信息关注度均呈现出正向调节效应,尤其是基层公务人员印象的这种调节效应更为强烈。为了进一步提升反腐败绩效公众感知,需要加大对群众身边“微腐败”的惩治力度,积极改善基层公务人员的工作作风,提升民生服务的质量。

The public perception of anti-corruption performance will greatly affect public participation in anti-corruption work and government trust,which will also affect the overall victory of anti-corruption. The empirical data of Zhejiang Province show that the public’s perception of anti-corruption performance is influenced by the impression of the street bureaucrats formed in the daily life and the satisfaction of people ’s service satisfaction. The streets of bureaucratic impression and the people ’s livelihood satisfaction anti-corruption performance perception have a positive influence on the public relations,in comparison,the street bureaucratic impression of this positive effect is more apparent. At the same time,the impression of the street bureaucracy and the satisfaction of the people’s livelihood show the positive adjustment effect on the attention of anti-corruption information,especially the effect of the regulation effect of the street bureaucrats. In order to improve the performance of the anti-corruption public perception,need to increase to the crowds around " micro" corruption punishment and committed to improving the working style of the civil servants at the grass-roots level,improve the quality of service of the people’s livelihood.
