According to previous studies,the words"dehua (的话)/gehua (咯话) "in Yongzhou and Shaoyang dialects in Hunan Province have negative function. Based on the sense of the native Yongzhou dialect speaker,and through reasoning,we believe that"dehua (的话) "and"gehua (咯话) "are still hypothetical auxiliary words,and they have no negative function. The negative meaning is a kind of conversational implicature inferred from the context.
