文创理念:当代文化发展的新观念

Cultural Innovation: a New Notion in Contemporary Cultural Development

文创理念是在当代文化发展实践中逐渐形成的新观念,也是新时代的新发展理念在文化发展中的具体体现,其根基在“文”,即文化;其关键在“创”,即创意;其目标在“新”,即基于文化传承与文化融合的文化创新创造。文章分析了文创理念形成的时代背景和基本内涵,阐释了文创理念的文化主体意识,分析了运用文创理念观察文化发展的创意视角、科技视角和生活视角,运用文创理念进行文创赋能打造新型文化业态的故事、体验与授权的三个着力点,提出用文创理念加快推动中国文化发展。

Cultural innovation is a new idea gradually formed in the practice of contemporary cultural development.It is also a concrete manifestation of the new development ideas of the new era in the development of culture.As for this new idea,the root is the culture,the key is the creativity,and the goal is the cultural innovation and creation based on cultural heritage and cultural integration.This paper analyzes the background and basic connotation of cultural innovation,explains the cultural subject consciousness of this idea,and analyzes the creative perspective,the scientific and technological perspective and the perspective of life.And leveraging the cultural creative idea to create new cultural business models,there are three focus points of empowering:storytelling,experience and licensing.This paper believes that this new idea can effectively promote the development of Chinese culture and global culture.
