摘要
设计了基于虚拟仪器技术的汽车发动机动力自动测试系统。重点介绍了系统的设计思路、硬件搭建、测试原理和方法以及软件设计。该系统硬件采用新型传感器搭建,数据采集平台基于LabVIEW语言设计,通过软硬件结构的合理布局,充分实现硬件资源的高效利用,同时实现了多通道数据采集处理并提供了良好的人机界面。现场测试表明,该测试系统能够实现不同工况下发动机转速扭矩功率的测量并能实现数据的自动采集和保存,测量数据经拟合后能够获得理想与实际的误差关系曲线并具有超限报警功能。
In this paper,an automatic testing system of automobile engine power based on virtual instrument technology is designed.The system design plan,hardware construction,test principle and method,design of software were introduced determinedly.A new torque sensor was applied in hardware construction and data acquisition system was designed by LabVIEW.Through the rational layout of the overall structure of the software,multi-thread technology was used to fully realize the efficient use of resources,and multi-channel data collection and processing was achieved,and a good human-machine interface was provided.The test results showed that some parameters of an engine,such as the rotational speed,the torque and the Horsepower could be acquired,memorized and processed automatically in various conditions.The practical curve and the ideal curve can be get automatically after curve fitting.The system also has alarm function of over torque limitation.
