Extraction process of polymetallic from coal gangue by acid leaching

摘要 以贵州盘州煤矸石为原料,以硫酸为酸浸介质,实验过程中将上一实验的实验产物作为下一实验的实验原料,通过实验条件的改变来探究煤矸石中酸溶物的整个溶出过程,所得实验结论如下,煤矸石中碳酸盐的溶出较为容易,在低温低酸量下就能大量溶出,溶出工艺条件为低温酸浸;赤铁矿的溶出条件为高温酸化;高岭石在低温酸浸阶段部分溶出,在酸化反应阶段大量溶出,溶出工艺条件为高温酸化,温度需高于100℃;锐钛矿在低温酸浸阶段无明显溶出,在高温酸化阶段才大量溶出,溶出工艺条件为高温酸化,温度需达160℃。中和液中溶出的铁、钙、镁可用作铁系产品、钙系产品和镁系产品,酸浸液中溶出的铝和钛可用作铝系产品和钛系产品,实现了富硅除杂的酸浸渣可用作硅系产品。 In this study,Guizhou Panzhou coal gangue was used as experimental material,and sulfuric acid was used as acid leaching medium.In the experiment,the experimental product of the previous experiment was used as the experimental raw material of the next experiment,and the acid soluble matter in coal gangue was explored through the change of experimental conditions.Throughout the dissolution process,the experimental results as follows:the dissolution of carbonate in coal gangue was relatively easy,and it can be dissolved in a large amount under low temperature and low acid amount,and the dissolution process condition was low temperature neutralization;the dissolution condition of hematite is high temperature acidification;kaolinite was partially dissolved in the neutralization reaction stage.In the acidification reaction stage,a large amount of kaolinite dessolved,the dissolution process conditions were high temperature acidification ,the temperature needs to reach above 100 ℃;anatase in the low temperature neutralization stage without significant dissolution,in the high temperature acidification stage only a large amount of dissolution,dissolution process conditions for high temperature acidification ,temperature needs up to 160 ℃.Iron,calcium and magnesium dissolved in the neutralizing liquid can be used as an iron-based product,a calcium-based product and a magnesium-based product,and aluminum and titanium dissolved in the acid immersion liquid can be used as an aluminum-based product and a titanium-based product to realize silicon-rich silicon.The impurity-containing acid leaching residue can be used as a silicon-based product.
