紫外光解法处理聚丙烯酸废水

摘要 采用紫外光解法处理工业循环水中的聚丙烯酸(PAA)。研究了H2O2投加量、紫外光解时间、pH值及循环水中常见离子对分解率的影响。结果表明,当ρ(PAA)=10mg/L,最佳H2O2投加量为150mg/L,最佳光解时间为15min。pH值对分解率基本无影响,ρ(Cl^-)、ρ(SO4^2-)、ρ(Mg^2+)、ρ(Ca^2+)对PAA的分解率基本无影响,分解率可达88%。光解前后的核磁图谱和w(固体)的减少证明,PAA聚合物被分解为小分子物质、CO2或H2O。该方法操作简便、能耗低、去除效果好。 In order to effectively treat polyacrylic acid(PAA)wastewater,the ultraviolet photolysis is used to treat polyacrylic acid wastewater.The effects of oxidant dosage,UV photolysis time,pH and ion on decomposition rate are studied.The results show that when the PAA concentration is 10 mg/L,the optimal H2O2 dosage is 150 mg/L,and the optimal photolysis time is 15 min.The pH has no effect on the decomposition rate.The concentration of Cl^-,SO4^2-,Mg^2+ and Ca^2+ has no effect on the decomposition rate of PAA.The decomposition rate can reach 88%.The nuclear magnetic spectrum before and after photolysis and the reduced solid content prove that the PAA polymer is decomposed into small molecules and carbon dioxide or water.The method has the advantages of simple operation,low energy consumption and good removal effect.
