摘要
葫芦脲化合物属大环家族中的重要成员,是第四代新型超分子大环主体化合物。葫芦脲化合物具有外亲水、内疏水的高度对称的葫芦状结构,具有选择性络合金属离子、中性分子的能力,故用途广泛。作者简要介绍了葫芦脲化学的产生、发展、结构特征及应用,详细综述了新型葫芦脲衍生物的合成及在医学中的应用,并对葫芦脲化学的发展进行了展望。
Cucurbituril compounds are important members of the macrocyclic family and the fourth generation new macrocyclic host compounds.Cucurbituril compounds have highly symmetrical hydrophilc outside and hydrophobic inside gourd-shaped structures,with the abilities of selective complexation of metal ions and neutral molecules.This paper briefly introduces the generation,development,structure features and applications of cucurbituril chemistry.Emphases are put on syntheses of new cucurbituril derivatives with applications in medicine.Future developments of cucurbituril chemistry are prospected in the end.
