阿维A联合克癀胶囊口服治疗斑块状银屑病55例

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Plaque Psoriasis with Acitretin and Kehuang Capsules

目的:探讨阿维A联合克癀胶囊治疗斑块状银屑病的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将108例符合纳入标准的斑块状银屑病患者随机分为观察组(55例)和对照组(53例)。观察组采用阿维A联合克癀胶囊口服治疗,对照组单服阿维A治疗,两组均治疗8周,以PASI积分评价疗效。结果:(1)与治疗前比较,两组PASI评分均显著下降(P<0.05);(2)总显效率观察组、对照组分别为92.73%、59.62%,两组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),观察组疗效优于对照组。结论:阿维A联合克癀胶囊治疗斑块状银屑病疗效好、安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of acitretin combined with Kehuang capsules in the treatment of plaque psoriasis.Methods:108 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,55 cases in the observation group and 53 cases in the control group.The observation group was treated with acitretin combined with the Kehuang capsules,while the control group was treated with acitretin capsules.The two groups were treated for 8 weeks.Observing the change of patients’PASI score before and after treatment.Results:(1)Compared with before treatment,the PASI score of each group decreased significantly(P<0.05);(2)The total effective rates of observation group and control group were 92.73 and 59.62,respectively.The observation group was significantly more effective than the control group(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the combined treatment group was better than that of the single drug group.Conclusion:Acitretin Combined Kehuang capsules is effective and safe in the treatment of plaque psoriasis,which is worthy of clinical application.
