中药介质配合压痛点强刺激推拿法治疗腰椎间盘突出症30例

30 Cases of of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion Treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicinal Media Combined with Tenderness Point and Strong Stimulation of Massage Manipulation

目的:观察中药介质结合压痛点强刺激推拿法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年1月—2017年12月安徽省中医院推拿科腰椎间盘突出症住院患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组采用推拿法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上,采用中药介质结合压痛点强刺激推拿法治疗。两组均每天治疗1次,14d为一疗程,比较1个疗程后两组的疗效。结果:观察组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率73.3%,观察组疗效显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药介质结合压痛点强刺激推拿法治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有较好的临床疗效,且操作简单,便于临床应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine medium combined with tender point stimulation and manipulation of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:The patients selected in this study were from the Tuina ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2017.60 Patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases each.The control group was treated with massage and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese Medicine medium combined with tender points to stimulate the manipulation of massage on the basis of the control group.Treatment once a day,14d for a course of treatment,to observe the efficacy of treatment after a course of treatment.Results:In the observation group,20 cases were cured,8 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 93.3%.In the control group,16 cases were cured,6 cases were effective,and 8 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 73.3%.The efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine medium and tender point stimulation stimulation for lumbar disc herniation has good clinical effect,and it is easy to operate and convenient for clinical application.
