Teachers are the fundamental elements of education,the rational allocation of teacher resources is the core factor and basic guarantee for the overall development of colleges and universities.In the context of"Double first-class",the higher vocational education as one part of the higher education system,all higher vocational colleges seize the strategic opportunities to enter a new areas of transformation and upgrading.So how to create an excellent college with its characteristics for all higher vocational colleges,the key is to start from the scientific human resource planning,perfect evaluation mechanism,reasonable teacher training mechanism,and sound talent flow mechanism to comprehensively solve the series of existing problems of teacher resources allocation in the school,so that it will optimize teacher resources allocation which facilitate to maximizing the effectiveness of human resources and fostering the development of higher vocational colleges.
