摘要 教育大计,教师为本,高校教师资源的合理配置是推进高校整体发展的核心因素和基础保障。在“双一流”背景下,高职教育作为高教系统的一部分,各高职院校把握战略机遇,争先进入转型升级的新时期。那么如何打造特色优质职业院校,其关键在于从科学的人力资源规划,完善的考评机制,合理的师资培养机制,健全的人才流动机制入手,全面解决高职院校现有的教师资源配置问题,从而最大限度地发挥人力资源效用,助力高职院校特色发展。 Teachers are the fundamental elements of education,the rational allocation of teacher resources is the core factor and basic guarantee for the overall development of colleges and universities.In the context of"Double first-class",the higher vocational education as one part of the higher education system,all higher vocational colleges seize the strategic opportunities to enter a new areas of transformation and upgrading.So how to create an excellent college with its characteristics for all higher vocational colleges,the key is to start from the scientific human resource planning,perfect evaluation mechanism,reasonable teacher training mechanism,and sound talent flow mechanism to comprehensively solve the series of existing problems of teacher resources allocation in the school,so that it will optimize teacher resources allocation which facilitate to maximizing the effectiveness of human resources and fostering the development of higher vocational colleges.
