急诊高龄痉挛性腹痛患者应用间苯三酚注射液治疗的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of phloroglucinol injection in the treatment of elderly patient with spastic abdominal pain in emergency department

目的分析急诊高龄痉挛性腹痛患者应用间苯三酚注射液治疗的临床效果。方法选择2017年5月至2018年7月收治的90例急诊高龄痉挛性腹痛患者,按照随机数表法将其分成对照组和实验组,每组各45例;对照组选择山莨菪碱治疗,实验组选择间苯三酚注射液治疗;对临床疗效和药物不良反应进行观察比较。结果对照组的总有效率为82.2%(37/45),实验组的总有效率为91.1%(41/45),两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组的药物不良反应发生率为22.2%(10/45),实验组的药物不良反应发生率为2.2%(1/45),与对照组相比,实验组的药物不良反应发生率显著降低(P<0.05)。结论在对急诊高龄痉挛性腹痛患者进行治疗时,采用间苯三酚注射液治疗能取得与山莨菪碱类似的临床疗效,但是间苯三酚注射液的不良反应更少,安全性较高,可将其作为治疗急诊痉挛性腹痛的首选药物。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of phloroglucinol injection in the treatment of elderly patients with spastic abdominal pain in emergency department.Methods 90 elderly patients with spastic abdominal pain admitted by emergency department from May 2017 to July 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with anisodamine while the experimental group was treated with phloroglucinol injection.The clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 82.2%(37/45)in the control group and 91.1%(41/45)in the experimental group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions was 22.2%(10/45)in the control group and 2.2%(1/45)in the experimental group.Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Phloroglucinol injection can achieve similar clinical efficacy as anisodamine in the treatment of elderly patients with spastic abdominal pain in emergency department.However phloroglucinol injection has less adverse reactions and higher safety and it can be used as the optimal choice for the treatment of spastic abdominal pain in emergency department.
