探究利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病合并肥胖(T2DM)患者的效果被引量：10

摘要目的分析对肥胖2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者实行利拉鲁肽与二甲双胍联合治疗的临床效果。方法选取98例在我院接受治疗的肥胖2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者作为临床研究对象,入院时间为2016年7月到2018年7月,以治疗方式的不同分两组,实行利拉鲁肽治疗的患者设为对照组,实行利拉鲁肽与二甲双胍联合治疗的患者设为观察组,比对患者的临床疗效情况。结果经治疗后,观察组患者的HDL-C的值显著高于对照组患者的;观察组患者的体重、HbA1c、2hPG、FPG、LDL-C、TG以及TC的值均显著低于对照组患者的,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予肥胖2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者实行利拉鲁肽与二甲双胍联合治疗可有效提高临床治疗效果,有较高的临床应用价值。
