摘要
对食品安全风险进行了深入分析,并通过案例分析,认为我国应建立良好的风险分析,最终实现用较少的成本达到最佳的食品健康的目标。
The risk of food safety is deeply analyzed,and through case analysis,it was considered that China should establish a good risk analysis,and ultimately achieve the goal of achieving the best food health with less cost.
